St. Louis Short Term Rentals

A: 90 Days for all of our units. 

A: The majority of our units are pet friendly.  We do have a handful of units that do not allow pets.

A: All of our units have off-street, gated, or garage parking. 

A: We understand things happen, but are contracts are for a firm 90 days.  There is a cancellation fee based on the property you are leasing.  

A: Absolutely!  Just give us 30 days notice and we are happy to extend your lease.  

A: See our home page for a listing of our standard amenities.  For the most part, you just need to bring your suitcase and hit the grocery store when you get to town.  We will provide you with some starter supplies like trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. 

A: Yes, all of our units require a deposit of $750.  The deposit is refundable at the end of the lease. There is a non-refundable pet fee for units that allow pets, and there is typically a cleaning fee for each unit too.  All deposits, pet fees, and cleaning fees are due at signing of the lease. 

A: Don't sweat it!  We understand things happen, and we have a 24/7 concierge handyman on call.  We strive to deal with issues promptly and professionally.
